Hi! We're Michelle and Shannon. Welcome to our @smoky_mtn_paradise! In 2013, we discovered these 12 acres surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Nantahala National Forest. Little did we know that this completely undeveloped land had a million dollar view of a horseshoe bend on Fontana Lake and the GSMN Park! It took viewing Google Maps to see what a gem we had found. We moved to Bryson City in 2014 after selling our home and fine art printing business near Asheville, NC. My husband, Shannon grew up in Bryson City, and I fell in love with this "Gateway to the Smokies" town when we built a houseboat at Almond Boat Park in 2013. It still floats on Fontana Lake today. We bought a 400 sq ft tiny house to live in while we started building "Eagle's Landing" and "Eagle's Nest" at the end of 2014. We were able to do this with our own hands, the help of some great friends, and a very talented builder. These 2 cabins went on the vacation rental market in 2015, and we've had the honor of hosting hundreds of happy guests ever since. We completed building our dream home in 2021, and now have the opportunity to share our "Tiny Tuck" with you! This is a completely different lifestyle than we're used to, and we are incredibly grateful for all the love, support, and Divine miracles that we have been blessed with along the way. We hope you have the opportunity to experience this magical paradise, because we certainly love sharing it.
